Arif Buhary Rahman
Chief Mentor

An MBA from the U.S., and has participated in the Owner/President Management Program from the Harvard Business School. He has over two decades of experience in various facets of business including Information Technology. He is a pioneer in Education and Training in the Information Technology industry, having launched many programs since 1988. He is the Group Director of Finance for the $5B Dubai-based diversified conglomerate, ETA-Ascon and ETA-Star Group. This enterprise was co-founded and co- promoted by his family as a joint venture with the Al-Ghurair group of Dubai. He is also the Managing Director of Dubai Lifestyle City LLC., a luxury property development company belonging to the same group.

K. Chandrasekaran
Director & CEO

A qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant from India, and brings over two decades of experience in the corporate sector in India and in other countries. He has handled large M&A deals in the IT services space, as well as with companies in other areas. He has significant expertise in managing large financial closures, and has been part of a treasury size of over $1 billion. He was instrumental in launching a BPO venture in the Middle East—a joint venture between a large conglomerate and a reputed Indian corporate group from South India, and serves as a member of the Board. As the CEO, Chandrasekaran spearheads the corporate think tank, governance, and vision. In addition, he will drive the business strategy for Info-Drive Software Limited.

N. T. Shiv Kumar

Shiv Kumar is a Member of the Promoter group, Board and the Chief Operating Officer responsible for managing the global business operations of all services and portfolio companies, in addition to identifying green-field growth opportunities and incubating new practice lines.
Prior to his Info-Drive venture, Shiv had an outstanding tenure as the head of global sales & marketing at Oakhill Capital’s portfolio firm EXL Service (NASDAQ:EXLS) after his 16-year association with the HCL group where he had the distinction of successfully leading several pioneering initiatives to fuel the organic and inorganic growth of HCL Technologies America. Shiv also serves as a Director on the Board of several other ventures in the India-US business corridor including Blue Cod Technologies ( as a nominee of GE Asset Management ), SAI SEVA BPO at Puttaparthi, India (a rapidly growing venture built on a unique ‘Microsourcing’ delivery model to transform rural India thru BPO business), Dreamcricket.com (a cricket portal driven by social media, eCommerce, fantasy gaming and contents for the global cricket community) and CES (a boutique technology consulting & data research firm).
Based out of New York, Shiv is a Trustee member of Prasanthi Trust, a non-profit entity that deploys philanthropic capital towards education, solar energy and healthcare initiatives in emerging economies. He is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani (India) and is involved with several business schools in India as an adjunct faculty in the Outsourcing & Globalization programs.

V. N. Seshagiri Rao
Director

A chartered accountant by qualification and has over 30 years of experience in the field of management. He has worked at the Senior Management position in various organizations like Enfield group and Kothari Mills. He was the Executive Assistant to Vice-Chairman of the Emirates Trading Agency Group Dubai.

V. Gopal Rao
Director & Company Secretary

Fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate from Madras University. He has over 42 years experience in the blue chip corporate world of Indian business, and has served on the board of numerous companies including the Essar Group and the Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank. He has tremendous hands-on experience in M&A and Corporate Governance Compliance, and is a reputed authority in this field.

K. Shiva Kumar
Joint Managing Director

The Promoter-Director of the company. He is an M.B.A with over 22 years of corporate experience and has conceptualised a Classical dance portal for the company.

A. T. Krishnakumar
Independent Director

An MBA with over 25 years of experience. He was employed with ICICI till recently, and is the recipient of the outstanding contributor to Development Economics award in 1995, from Dr. Manmohan Singh, then the Finance Minister of India.

Singanallur Narayanan
Independent Director

A partner at Kuberon Capital LLC, a hedge fund with macro long/short equity strategy. Formerly he was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns Asset Management. He has a MBA from Columbia, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Technology from the IIT, Madras.

Mr. S. Sriraman
Independent Director

A qualified Banker with CAIIB from Indian Institute of Bankers. He is also an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University, with specialization in Finance and Marketing. In addition, he holds a Masters qualification in Economics from University of Madras and a Doctor of Business Administration from University of South Australia, Adelaide, Australia. His 25 years of experience in Banking, Fund Management and in Corporate Sector. His stints include organizations like Canara Bank, Canbank Mutual Fund, Wipro Finance Ltd., IL & FS Venture
Corporation Limited and SilkRoute Indchem Limited. Mr. S. Sriraman has an impressive track record of mentoring start ups as part of venture capital initiatives till they are listed. At present he is involved in the operations of a fund management company in Chennai, with focus on venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions.

Mohan Ranganathan

A Chartered Accountant by profession with 25 years of experience in the field of management, his immense ability to understand the business environment quickly coupled with financial & accounting background is his core competence. He has vast experience of handling Audits, Company Law Matters, Corporate and Financial Restructuring, Valuations, Statutory Audit and Tax Audit of Corporate leaders especially in IT industry.
